Our Story:
Leonardo Ross Montenegro
Age:18 years old
School: Escola Maria Imaculada (Chapel School)
Role: As the driving force of Inverno Unido, Leo took the initiative to turn this idea into reality. From the beginning, he led the organization of our mission, from creating visual material for the social media and being in charge of receiving donations, to producing a video to reach out to the PTA community which led to more than 30 coats and 20 blankets donated. Additionally, he established a crucial partnership with the NGO “Entregas Por SP” to expand our impact, focusing on both providing essential items and connecting with those who are often overlooked.
Pedro Manuel Reis
Age: 18 years old
School: Escola Maria Imaculada (Chapel School)
Role: Pedro is one of the founders of Inverno Unido. He plays a pivotal role in driving awareness and leads the collection of essential items, including clothing, food, and hygiene products. His efforts ensure that these critical supplies reach those in need, making a meaningful impact during the winter months.
Diego Garcia Unzueta
Age: 18 years old
School: Escola Maria Imaculada (Chapel School)
Role: Diego was responsible for managing the projects social media (Instagram account).He is also responsible for the scheduling of the donations as well as a participant in them.
Fernando Marchi Ackel
Age: 17 years old
School: Escola Maria Imaculada (Chapel School)
Role: Fernando played a crucial role in our project, demonstrating exceptional personal commitment. He successfully established a partnership with “MIC Malharia,” a textile industry in Brazil. Through his efforts, we secured a significant amount of materials that were discarded due to manufacturing errors. These materials, amounting to tens of kilograms, were collected and repurposed, significantly contributing to our mission of donating essential items to those in need on the streets of São Paulo during the winter. His involvement was instrumental in the success of our initiative, highlighting his dedication and impact on the project.
